Amy London
Raised in Cincinnati Ohio in a musical family, Amy London followed her (mother's) dream to New York City and abroad to establish her powerful career as a jazz singer, performer and teacher. Well-respected by the jazz community around the globe, Amy developed music programs and teaches jazz in New York City and in jazz camps all over the world.
An Alpha to the core, Amy raised her family while juggling the demands of a performing career under the bright lights, mostly in New York. A brilliant networker whose courage on stage is truly remarkable, Amy sang with her sisters growing up and earned a music degree from Syracuse University before embarking on her stage career.
Cheryl Goldhart
An internationally renowned and award-winning Family Law Lawyer, Cheryl is a true Alpha entrepreneur. A law school graduate at the top of her class, Cheryl went on to work in a big Bay Street law firm before founding her own firm.
Cheryl's generosity to family and friends is beyond measure, both in terms of skill, time, love and advice. As a teacher and mentor she gives back to the profession and is highly respected for her negotiation, mediation, and arbitration skills. The first of her family to go to University, Cheryl earned a B.A. from York University and an L.L.B. from the University of Western Ontario and an M.A. in counseling from University of Toronto (O.I.S.E).
Irene Chang Britt
Born in Taiwan and raised in the suburbs of Toronto, Irene Chang Britt’s Alpha traits were visible early when she started a business with her brother while she was still a student. Warm and welcoming, Irene’s keen business acumen led her to great corporate success where she ran a Fortune 500 Company as CEO. Now a member of several Boards of Directors, Irene continues to use her fine skills to drive top flight business results for the companies she serves.
Irene has generously made it her mission to help other women, which is evident to everyone she meets. Her giving nature in mentorship is obvious and greatly appreciated by all of us who benefit from her thoughtful guidance and good counsel.
Irene fell for her husband at first sight - « we both knew right away » she says, and built her incredible career while they raised two children together. Irene maintains amazingly close ties with loved ones.
Irene earned a Bachelor of Arts in Social Anthropology from the University of Toronto, and an MBA from the University of Western Ontario.
Lee Innocenti
A true Alpha and entrepreneur, Dr. Lee Innocenti is the Founder and Principal of Performance Strategies, Ltd., a 30 - year firm specializing in organizational development, training and executive coaching, primarily in financial services, pharmaceutical and entertainment firms.
Prior to starting Performance Strategies, Lee was the first Corporate female VP at ADP (Automatic Data Processing) where she led the Organizational/Management Development function for a company of 30,000 employees with 80 global offices at that time.
Lee began her professional career, for three years, as a math teacher, and quickly moved into an management position where she provided training for 3000 teachers and administrators in 40 Yonkers City schools.
A great organizer, Lee is devoted to her family and friends, especially her 102-year-old mother who lives with her. Lee takes care of everyone dear to her and gives generously of her time and good counsel as a mentor to those she coaches. We are all very grateful for our incredibly good fortune in being coached by Lee.
The first member of her family to go to college, Lee holds an Ed.D. in Education Administration from Yeshiva University (NYC), an MA in Psychology from Manhattan College (NYC), and a B.A. in Mathematics from the College of Mt. St. Vincent (NYC).
Lynda Covello
A talented musician, artist, author and lawyer, Lynda blazed her trail in the big city of Toronto, far from her remote childhood home of Thunder Bay.
Lynda's entrepreneurial Alpha Woman risk-taking led her to big Bay Street law firms, her own Intellectual Property practice, and in-house to corporations where she has negotiated complex international agreements to fully leverage her clients' rights and earning potential.
Incredibly talented, Lynda performs in jazz clubs, paints, writes novels and other works, and trains with her horse. The first university graduate in her family, Lynda earned a B.A. (Specialist International Relations) from the University of Toronto, and an LL.B and LL.M (Jurisprudence) from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University. Before stepping into private practice, Lynda clerked for a panel of 4 judges in what was then the Supreme Court of Ontario (High Court of Justice) which later merged into the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.
Lynda has volunteered with healthcare groups, including the T1 Diabetes Think Tank Network (Board Chair), with community groups such as the St. Alban's Boys and Girls Club where she was a member of the Board of Directors, and served in many volunteer capacities over the years with the Licensing Executives Society International.

The best and most generous networker you'll ever meet, Sally Glick is a partner in a successful accounting firm. While not even an accountant herself, her remarkable talent at marketing and forging client connections has made her an indispensable asset to the firm.
Sally started her career in her father's accounting firm, learning marketing through experience and tenacity, and later earning an MBA. A passionate mentor and educator, Sally raised 3 children as a single parent while building her impressive career. A loving grandmother, Sally's selfless devotion to family and friends is unequalled, and appreciated by all.
